Christopher Owens has been with the Fishers Police Department since 2008. His current position is as a School Resource Officer (SRO). He is also an advisor for the Fishers Police Department Cadet program and the Coordinator for the Citizens Police Academy. He is also currently a member of the Fishers Police Dept. Honor Guard. Prior to becoming an SRO in 2021, Christopher served as a shift evidence technician, drone pilot and a field training officer. Christopher is also a past Treasurer for Lodge 199. Christopher retired as a First Sergeant from the Indiana Army National Guard in 2018 after more than 20 years of combined Active Duty and National Guard service.

Todd Crowder has been with the Fishers Police Department since 1991.  His current position is as a Lieutenant in the Investigations Division.  Prior to his current position he was a Sergeant in Patrol, a Lieutenant in Patrol, a Field Training Officer, an Evidence Technician, and a STOPS Instructor.  He currently is one of the Department’s EVO instructors. In the early 90’s he was the lead Detective on Fishers first Homicide as well as being the lead detective on one of Hamilton County’s first DNA cases to go to trial.

Thomas Brooks is the Secretary for Fishers FOP lodge 199. Thomas Brooks has been with the Fishers Police Department since 2006. He is currently an investigator in the Forensic Services Unit. He is also a member of the Fishers Police Dept. Honor Guard. He has also held positions as a patrol officer, field training officer, and investigator in the Hamilton County Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force. Prior to joining the Fishers Police Department Thomas was an Officer with the Danville (VA) Police Department. While there he held positions as patrol officer, K-9 handler, swat team member and patrol sergeant. Thomas is also a veteran of the United States Navy.

Jason Arnold has been with the Fishers Police Department since 2010. His current position is night shift Sergeant on Patrol.  While with the Fishers Police Department, Jason has served as a shift Evidence Technician, field training officer, Honor Guard Team Member, Crash Team member, and Drone operator. Prior to beginning his career with the Fishers Police Department, Jason graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Microbiology as well as a Minor in Forensic Science.
